OEE
Factelligence provides a configurable easy to use platform for
measuring and reporting Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
The system can be custom configured and deployed quickly without
the use of custom code to provide rapid results for OEE
projects. The Factelligence OEE formula can be modified to meet
unique requirements through a conventional Windows-based user
interface. The Factelligence system is completely
self-sufficient and can function autonomously or it can be
linked to ancillary systems if desired. Factelligence can be
integrated to an ERP system to obtain Work Order data or to a
control system to obtain utilization state changes and downtime
reasons and production counts automatically.
.NET
Factelligence applications utilize the advanced Viznet.NET
software architecture. This gives Factelligence numerous
advantages over competing software products. The shop floor user
interface application is a thin client that can be pushed
deployed making version updates very easy to handle. The shop
floor user interface is completely configurable and ca be
configured to display dynamic animated key performance
indicators for metrics including throughput, OEE, downtime,
performance, production, schedule attainment and more. The data
displayed in the user interface can be generated from multiple
disparate sources simultaneously. Therefore, the Factelligence
shop floor user interface can serve as a portal into numerous
manufacturing related systems used by the enterprise.
Lean
Manufacturing
Factelligence includes features that facilitate production in a
demand flow or lean manufacturing environment. The system
provides users with demand signals and the ability to react to
or automatically initiate events based on demand signals at the
shop floor level. Factelligence can generate Kanban orders
automatically based on predefined inventory levels and to allow
orders to be entered manually from the shop floor user interface
based on identified demand.
